Yesssir! That was fun! Manor pentatonic was the most natural, minor pentatonic worked with the right mood. And adding the blue notes in either is done dynamically for flavor or color, mostly as a quick passing note.. Yesssir! Blue Grass! Got to love it! Thank you Tom...

I love thay even though it is basic math, that you give the BPM for the speed changes. That is awesome and appreciated!

Hi Tom! I see you. It’s great that you have this information on the screen. We should collaborate on a video or some thing. What do you think?

Bluegrass jam! Excellent backing track, Tom! Thank-you, ‘course I’ll have to slow it down a bit for me, but that’s fine, I’m still working on the finger dexterity for soloing. 😅

Great experiment this! I haven't seen any before, right? It is a very good exercise, backing track with scales on the screen. Thank you for your time and job. You at least help those who like me are still learning...! Keep going! Greetings from Italy

Hi, you have really fantastic lessons on your channel. I just discovered you. And becouse you have ptatient attittude and any other youtube techer havent try to explain it to me and the others i have a new hope that you could with your personality. so here is a question
When i play rhytm guitar (electric on acoustic no metter) and i play medium or little faster tempo (Folk groov, rock n roll, 6/8 doesnt rly metter) How i can jump smoothly from chords to some little melody, riff, lick, hook or how i should call it, without lose that rhytm feel? (If you understand my question. I am the only guitarist in our "band" and i have to play some faster rhytm and than i have to jump from chords right in to just one or even half bar riff and than back. But i feel i am doing it somehow wrong, can you try explain me what is best methot to do it? (we play rock, punk some waltz some amateur rock n roll) I think about somethink legato to the melody from chord, or mute it for for quater note and than start play that melody and what about right hand? Should i try to hit that exact one string (in that quite fast tempo) or i should keep rhytm in right hand hit multiple strings and try to mute it with my left and right hand? And should i try to to do some legato with this method?
Please try to help with some usefull advice... It would be rly awesome... Anyway nothink happen if you havent time i just tryied it and i will continue to study your other lessons.
(For example Fast tempo in Bm... So bm, G, D, A each for one bar in power chords or normal but i most play it in band with power chords, and after that last A i have to jump from A power to bm scale what i want to use, for this example it is B note on G string 4 freth, now i have to play some fast little lick and right back to Bm after that for fast chords... But i feel like i havent assurance that i do it every time in right way.. If i will hit that string exactly if i connect that rhytm guitar with that "solo" guitar with keep that feel etc.)
Thank you.. Have a goot time Sir.

    No banjo or mandolin?

Not this time. I thought adding mandolin would keep the previous jam video from getting a copyright strike. It didn’t.

    1:12 not exactly
Maybe if it was just drums
Whenever I say what if and try doing it it sounds like a stereo thats being meted by acid in a haunted tunnel 😆
