Mima's Cuban Cafe in Rockland, MA serves "Holy Crap that's good" Food

I've got a REALLY good one for you today. Hidden gem applies. So does "one of the most exciting new restaurants on the South Shore." Mina's Cuban Cafe! To the handful of you that gave me a heads-up on Mima's, THANK YOU. The food is beautiful and flavorful. The family is hardworking and lovely. You get cuban food here and some Puerto Rican specialties too. Hector, Abby (Mina)'s husband, is from Puerto Rico and is excellent in the kitchen too. Mama grew up in Guatemala but as her parents worked she was raised by 4 grandmothers from Cuba. Being watched by 4 grandmothers from Cuba will get you cooking Cuban with flare real quick. If this food looks good to you, go. Now. It tastes waaaaaaaayyyyy better. ❤️
