Ola service is nightmare. But provided Battery information is wrong for s1 pro & air. You said motor rating which is in kw unit. Battery's unit is kwh

I'm ola care plus user buddy. It's a fraud. They provide nothing. Say about alternative brand "Ather" - company formed in IIT Bombay & backed by Hero . Best in class ev 2w & will beat ola for sure in near future.
