hatchling turtle cuteness OVERLOAD!
That baby softshell is the cutest thing ever! Tiny river pancake!
I always enjoy seeing the diversity of species, this was a fun one.
That hognose's pattern and coloration reminds me of a Carolina pygmy's. 👍
Ok, that baby alligator snapper, c'mon. That's such a cool find, imo.
Noah this was an awesome video to say the least! I loved all of the little turtles, especially the soft shell! The spider was cool, even though I am not a big fan and the stick bug was very cool (and big). I loved every part of this video. That red hognose was beautiful! I am so glad you had some good herping days!!! Take care and happy herping! 😄💙🐬🐍🐊
You make finding snakes look so easy but in reality its incredibly difficult
True, but he shows the reality of it. There's numerous videos of his, that he finds six snakes over 5 day period.
I think he just puts n way more time looking for them than most of us, seems like he does it pretty much every day
Dudes…I consider myself quite the snake watcher, but I have never ever seen a hognose snake that looks like that. What a beauty! 😍😍
I absolutely love seeing you guys catch turtles alligator snappers are my favorite .
i love hognose snakes. so cute when they start playing dead. the red was beautiful.
I was amazed at the number of different turtle species. I haven't seen a walking stick in over 10 years. But I particularly loved the neon hognose. Great video !
What incredible diversity in this video I enjoyed the whole thing, from spiders to that brilliant Hognose and all the turtles in between. Thanks for being our man in the field sharing so many images of all of the critters in your part of America.
That Loggerhead face at 6:43 made my day! I love every episode but this one was especially great. I also don’t remember you showing handling of a cottonmouth. That was very interesting, if not a little scary 😮 Thanks for the awesome content.
All those cutie patooties lil babies. Great vid!!!
Thank you for sharing & aiding in my conquest of fear while in nature. 😁(nice to know the Joro is inoffensive!)
Love it when you say "anyways" Great video Noah......
Thanks. One of the best what with all the variety included. Soft-shelled turtles are fascinatingly odd.
What a gorgeous hognose! As pretty or prettier than all those fancy morphs the breeders sell for ridiculous amounts these days.
The variety is incredible, I love videos with an abundance of animals. Walking stick, that Glorious spider (even though im afraid), Newt, Frogs, Snakes, Turtles. Awesome vid
That red hognose was so beautiful! I've never seen one that color. All those people who are breeding them for crazy color morphs these days would no doubt be jealous of nature for creating that one.
@@stefanostokatlidis4861 yeah that's accurate. Still a beautiful animal that I'm sure some people would want to keep if they saw it though.
Almost looked like there was something much bigger under water next to that loggerhead. Great finds and adventures as always Noah.
You take me back to my “heyday”…..👍🏻
Years ago I had a very red eastern hognose but it was nothing like the one in your video. Incredible!
Absolutely amazing video man - that alligator snapper - used to see them a lot more than now - anyway great job
This is my kind of episode I absolutely adore turtles and frogs. I think snakes are pretty but I really don’t want to be near one I’m not scared but yeah I don’t wanna be near them. I had a quarter acre pond that was just full of turtles we had a snapping turtle that would come up and eat with the fish and I’ve got pictures of that turtle I loved him. I had to go rescue a goose from him one time he had it by the foot.
Very unique hognose and I think that this is the first time witnessing a cottonmouth attempt to strike. Nice variety and number of turtles as well. It would be better to catch this hatchling alligator snapper, because if it gets into the federally protected list you won’t be able to handle it.
Amazing that you are there in sandals
That hog was insane!
I think the insects in that stage are nicknamed hellgramites, amazing stream fishing bait.
I like the orange hognose, those r the best looking imo
Wow he beautiful love hognose snakes
You freaked me out with them spider man. I’d rather freehandle rattlesnakes
I love the turtle videos
Omg few months back ( it was nite time!!) I went to open the trunk of my mother's car and I felt something on my hand and I turned the flash lite on my phone and it was one of those spiders! Freaked me out a little cause I had never seen one I am not afraid of spiders I have had tarantulas for years
4:00 yea that’s a red cottonmouth. Cool
Is that a DeKay's brown snake (1:05)? I love them--they're cute! They usually look a little bit reddish.
If you're in Australia, though, and someone tells you that there's a brown snake nearby, please be careful--they're an entirely different species, and they're venomous!
My favorites were the big yellow spider, that looks like it was drawn by a cartoonist, and the walking stick. Wonder what it eats.
looks like a female Northern Walkingstick, Diapheromera femorata. Nice find!
I so want one of those
Was in Murphy NC Wednesday there was a dead armadillo on the highways I didn’t know they where here
Wherever you see Dobson larvae that means that the immediate area is very healthy pollution wise!
If you want worms for fishing all you have to do is go outside at night with a flashlight. Then when you grab one just pull slowly so you don't break the worm. Sometimes it helps to just hold it for a second instead of pulling and then when you relax it will too and then you can pull it out of the ground. It takes a little practice but it's pretty easy!
Is the Brown the same as the Dekays snake?
I hate it when I am walking in the woods and walk right into a Golder Orb Weaver . It usually hits me right in the face with a giant spider crawling on my neck.
I noticed you didn't try to pick up the snapping turtle. Are the babies as bad tempered and bitey as the adults?
I try to herp like you do but I always get bit by snakes but you don't like what the hell
Do you have any pet snakes?
Love the vids
I hate those spiders, I don't know if I could ever make myself handle one like that.
If u go to Japan which is most likely a definite u won’t be doing, the walking stick that are over there grow up to 18cm which is huge
I would be very attempted to put the hognose in my pocket
I’m just imagining your embarrassment when you get bit in the foot by a viper you just happen to miss 😳😳😳😳😳😳 won’t kill a spider, but will send a terrified bull frog, pleading for his very life, to the belly of a snake.!! “Nice Guy?” NOT!!!!! I will never forget the look of sheer terror in that fogs eyes, and you laughing.
The day will come when you need kindness and mercy and won’t get it! Remember the bull frog.
Bro the spider was alsome
Noti gang
👍🤙🇺🇲🦅
Cool video except the evil non native spider
Since you go in the woods do ever hear creepy noises or see paranormal stuff.
What snake hook do you use?
I love snake, but please no SPIDERS !!!
I brought my DeKays brown snake inside for the winter because I wanna make sure it survives. When spring comes I'll put it back in my strawberry bin. They are really good for keeping those slugs out. I'd like to get 1 more brown snake to help with that but I'll have to wait until next year. They are a good small species of snake to keep if you plant things in containers as long as the sides are too high for the snake to escape as an adult. They are really good for keeping the pests out of your plants. Those worms were also an invasive species from Asia. They are called Asian jumping worms because of the way they flop around when disturbed. I'm supposed to be adopting a common musk turtle from the Mid Atlantic Turtle and Tortoise society soon.
yoooo
I beat cancer and the whole time i watched ur vids
Congratulations! That’s awesome. I’m currently fighting several neurological and autoimmune disorders and Noah’s videos are such a welcome and happy distraction from reality. Wishing you the best!
Good job... God bless..
Hey Gavin, welcome to the "I kicked Cancer's Butt" Club! I've been fighting for 16 years after getting the wonderful '5-months-to-live' speech. I've been watching Noah and his happy band of "Sneaky Snake Stalkers" for a year or so - a great way to learn about slithering critters.
I hope you have a complete and full recovery, I'll be praying for you. If you feel led, please tell folks your story - you never know who's listening and just who needs to hear that good word that you beat the beast! But don't worry about it if you'd rather keep quiet - some of us are natural gabbers, and some are not. Are you able to get out and look for critters where you live? Have any friends that are into snakes?
And Foxwood - I agree totally that Noah's vids are a great way to get your mind off of life when it sucks. He does a really good job educating people that are interested in learning. I hope you do some butt-kicking like Gavin!
And now, back to school... er, educa... uh, the video!
(And a BIG thanks to Doctor Noah!!!)
