I've played both the guitars, Yamaha is a good guitar for the price however the smaller body lacks on low end/base, Saga has slightly deeper and wider body having a little more base. Yamaha has 10mm string spacing , that too isn't consistent, Saga has 11mm. Yamaha has tonewood on back and sides, Saga has Sapele(better). Yamaha requires another investment on a gig bag, Saga already comes with a padded bag. Yamaha doesn't have biding on edges, Saga has biding as well as purfling. Build quality and craftsmanship on Saga is better, you'll be surprised how good Saga looks and feels with it's open pore finish, looks far expensive then it is.
@@revotive Thank you Can you pllease confirm 1. If color of the bottom 2 strings different from other 2? 2. The QR code given isn't opening. could you opene it easily? 3. How to confirm if it's original one?
Should i buy this from a Yamaha Official Store offline or go with online ? I feel offline store might give me bad piece or inflated price. If not, Pls suggest some best sites to purchase from where it is safe to order, like good support and return policy etc.. kind of things
@varunpatil9751 Hey Varun, thanks for watching. As far as online sites are concerned you can go to Bajaao.com & also checkout Procraft India for some really good guitars at a cheap price... Otherwise definitely you can go to a physical store for your convenience! Hope this helps :) S_
@@Souparnabiswas Thanks! Btw any tips for offline stores ?, like i dont know much about guitars, what should i check when i go to stores ? any basic riff to test out the guitar ? like i know to check cracks, bents, action etc.. but what else is essential to check and look for, pls do tell !!🙌🙌
@@varunpatil9751 See umm.. Firstly from my perspective when you don't play an instrument for some while you can't really judge it whether it's good or not. But here are some basic Parameters to check: • The Size of the guitar (Different Sizes produce different sounds & feel different) • The String Spacing (Whichever guitar you're planning to buy, read a few articles/reviews regarding it) • Wood it's made out of & the finish. • If it has a truss rod in it. • Also a bonus would be to check if it's an Acoustic Guitar Or a Semi Acoustic Guitar! (Semi Acoustic you can plug into an amp and play, Acoustic you can't.) These will set you fine.. Hope this helps! :)
@Yasi Kannur In my experience this guitar is really good, comfortable, good intonation & playability, I haven't played the F310 one but the only thing is it doesn't have a cutaway, it's a dreadnought guitar! In my Opinion Definitely FS80c is a very good choice!
@MoiHrangkhol Hello, so sorry for the late response! The string spacing was slightly off on my guitar when I bought it, but I fixed it later. Yes you can play fingerstyle well on this Guitar. Hope this helps_
@Aditya Noatia I haven't played kadence, but have heard the sound & saw the body, it sounds beautiful, kindly checkout some videos before getting one! Thanks! ❤
@Furious Gamer Yes offcourse, you can go for this guitar, it's a very good guitar for beginners and other intermediate players.... Also, Happy Birthday in Advance❤🤘
@Ankur Agarwal Hello Ankur; the string spacing on this guitar is not evenly spread out, it's a bit uneven. Fingerpicking is quite good but not that great, all over you can go for this guitar. It's quite good at this price range. Thanks.
@Ankur Agarwal If you're looking to plug in your guitar for performance you should go with Yamaha FSX80C which has a cable output, which will help you to connect it to an Ampifier, If you want to play with a mic then you can go for this one.
i bought this guitar and its been 4 days so far of playing it.. my fingers hurt and my open chords sounds very buzzy :) so confused whether it's just me being a crappy beginner or is it my guitar
