Height growth is random af. I was 5'9 at 15 and stoped growing till 17. Just before i turned 18 i grow 2 more inches so i was 5'11 at 18. I then grow throught the next year till i reached 6'2.5 at 19. I'm still growing or at least i think.

So what happend was each gen grew shorter until now where we have an acerage of 5'6 world wide. However when u enter paradise u reach 30 meters true height. There is no tall and short global statistics. Everyone should compare themselves to the country region they live. It’s not only Netherlands that have huge dudes. Baltics and Scandinavia people are also huge here. It’s not that everyone is 6’6-6’7 but it’s very common to see 6’6-6’7 dudes. Theres a city in my country where you see 6’7 dudes frequently. Tall and short is relative. In Netherlands even with 6’4 you are just tallish. In Japan’s 6’4 is huge. So it all com e down to the place you live. However once a dude crosses 6’8 then he’s pretty tall everywhere he goes

It’s not that it would make a difference if I say to someone I’m 6’3 while I’m with shoes on. I mean for me all it matters is the appearance not the number. There is no global perfect height. As you can be 6 feet and freakishly tall in Southeast Asia or average in Netherlands. An ideal height would be 4 inches above your country’s average height. E.g (6’2 America, 6’4 Netherlands)

Wearing anything that adds height to your body does not count towards your height. Also the extra height that you gain in the morning due to your limbs slowly comprising and loosening up when you sleep does not count towards your true height. Just like wearing clothes does not count towards your weight. your true height is only determined from the skin of the bottom of your feet, to the hair on your head, usually at night. and at night, when you are at your shortest. your true weight is only measured when you are wearing absolutely nothing on your body, and yes eating a meal does count.
