I thought I had commented on your video before! EGADS! We are sailing in 2 days on the Horizon. We haven't sailed on Carnival in almost 20 years due to some bad issues that we experienced before. We are sailing with friends this time and this was their choice. Hoping we have as much fun as you and your family did. Such a lovely family you have! Thank you for the coffee tip, we definitely like our morning coffee (black, no fru fru coffees needed here). LOL Thanks so much for the great overview of the Horizon! 😊
love the vid! i tell u what - there is nothing like that feeling when ur first sailing out of port and then out on the water - kind of makes u forget all the headaches leading up to that point! we will be on Horizon in Havana for the second time beginning of August - cannot wait!
It’s the best feeling! Lol! One day we will be able to try the Havana rooms, but the minimum age is 12 so we can’t with our little ones, lol! Have a blast!!!
Your kids are precious and your youngest reminds me of my daughter. She just turned 7 months lol by the time we are on the cruise she will be 11 months so we shall see how it goes hehe

We’ve done Horizon 3 times, but It’s been 5 years since we were last onboard. Looking to see what’s changed since plus what you did in Aruba & Curaçao- it’s been 9 years since we were last there!😮

how did you find the experience of pushing around a larger stroller? I'm debating between using my full size one which will be better for napping, or shelling out money for an umbrella one.... any thoughts/insights? (baby will be 10 months at cruise-date)
Pushing a stroller around the ship on Embarkation day is not fun! We actually try to avoid using a stroller around the ship at all times, except for when we are heading off in port. I recommend looking for a compact stroller (one that reclines, has under storage space and is less than 22 inches wide so it can fit through your cabin door). Find one that you will use for the next 2-3 years, not just for the cruise.
