The replica house was located in Telford. It is indeed still there. Google "A Load Of Bowlocks" and you'll find a great fansite which has a detailed artical on the subject. Go to the "Gold" section, click "Housey Housey". Also, within this section, click the "exact replica" link for even more details and a couple of good photo's.
I'd love to know if the house and indeed the bit of concrete are still there, the concrete with the late Paula Yates' handprints on it. It was in the Midlands somewhere?
its in London and yes the house is still there and looking very different. New videos on here of how it looks this year. It was for sale in 2020 looks so different
@@RossPatzelt I believe the people who won it sold it pretty much straight away. The presenting team were quite disappointed as it was clearly a profit win rather than someone who genuinely wanted a house (as the person who was the runner up was).
It was valued at £100,000 at the time it was built. But the prize was not actually the entire property, only two thirds of it. The real Big Breakfast house was valued at around £1.5million, now on the market for over £5million today. The prime London location is the key factor in it being significantly higher value that the replica.
LOL i still remember the tune!! Housey Housey!! *^_^*
