I have personal experience,,, when I was on my way a person is showing his penis.... First I literally not noticed as I was in my thought.... And I moved on but he took his bike and travel some distance and again do the same then I noticed and put a half brick from the road and strongly hit his penis area..... And just going to call police.... Then he ran away.... I just have a mistake that I forgot to note his bike no. ......... But for sure next time if something like happen again,,, for that time I will kept knife with me and instead of brick I will use knife and that's my promise to all such persons
