Hi I'm using a TV box but it seems every few months the start menu dissapears, leaving me with a black screen, I'm still able to access all the apps by pressing the settings button but if I want the startup menu back I have to reset to factory settings leaving me to reinstall all the apps from scratch please help on how I can restore menu without reset
The Amazon remote pro is a joke. It's not rechargeable and doesn't come with any of their devices. At least Roku gives you their Roku voice remote pro 2nd gen with the Roku Ultra at no extra cost. Also the Amazon remote pro is just a copy of the Roku voice remote pro 2nd gen and isn't as good.
