Love and Other Words was beautiful, beautiful. I loved every page of it. The two timelines were beautifully intertwined, and the characters incredibly charming. One of the best love stories I've read. I prefer this better than The Unhoneymooners or any other Christina Lauren book. Genius. Glad to hear you enjoyed it. If you like rom-coms with a little true crime esque twist, can I please suggest Love in the Time of Serial Killers by Alicia Thompson?
I finished the Unhoneymooners a few days ago and loved it! It was so cute and funny

I just finished the unhoneymooners and it is really good. I think olive at times was pushing too much and Ethan has lot of patience😭.I loved loved love and other words. best book I read this summer. and I totally agreed that macie was dramatic when they were younger and I loved Elliot.

i’m the same way - i don’t really like the friends to lover trope but i did enjoy love & other words. i gave it 4 stars and had a fun time reading it. and bc of all the hype i actually annotated this book which was a first for me and that made it rly fun :))

At book I would recommend by Christian Lauren is The Soulmate equation is a little underrated but it's so good. It's about a single mom who falls in love with a scientist which makes a dating app of finding your soulmate with DNA so yeah gave that book a five star hope you enjoy it :)

I love the unhoneymooners. It’s a five star read for me….However I think the only problem I had with it is that I thought olives reason for hating Ethan was so stupid. I don’t even think I can even put it in the enemies to lovers category. For me it’s more like “ one sided assumptions to lovers” lol

I would also recommend Something Wilder and Soulmate equation by them! Something Wilder has a similar trope (?) to love and other words and Soulmate equation is fake dating!

I was just like you about friends to lovers but love and other words became one of my favorite book of all times. However even if i'm more an ennemies to lovers person, Ethan's attitude at the end really kinda ruined to book to me, I still kinda think that Olive deserves way better. what age r these books for?
They are not very spicy!! I would personally say 16+ but maybe to be safe 18+. I think it personally depends on the reader. I've never been one to look at age requirements when it comes to reading haha
