Hi chap. I have ordered same FM transmitter ST-15B via Ali Express two weeks ago. Because it has best specs from all chinese fm transmitters that you can buy. Ok when i get transmitter i connected it on dummy load 50 ohm for 25 Watts continue use and optimal SWR 1:1 Also noticed the power supply input plug is same as used for mobile cellphones but having to low Ampere for this device. So i mounted first other wired cable for more Amps to transmitter at solid VDC power supply unit. When i put device first time ON i get directly blue display with transmitting frequency and ST icon for stereo broadcast. Get 15 pure Watt at 12 Volt, 12 Watt at 10 Volt and 18 Watt at 15 Volt. So this works good and still does after 2 weeks. Also have tested transmitter for 2 hours continue ON AIR without power loss. Different is what i notice on your video is that you in OFF mode can switch power to L(ow) and H(igh) modus. My display does not show that. If i press short at power ON/OFF button get directly blue screen and see transmit frequency. I comment other reply was showed that ST-15B worked good for one week and after showed same issue like your transmitter. Have looked for inside circuit data sheet for ST-15B on Google but get no circuits found?? Only important notice i found is this device automatically is PROTECTED shut OFF for example if used antenna is not matched on SWR below 1:3 second if power supply adapter has too low Amperes and third power cable is to thin for transport 5 A. at minimum! Also not by delivery device not any documentation was included. So what can cause the problem of not turning on transmitter via on/OFF BUTTON? Option one. Damage during shipping. But in my case transmitter was very very good packed for bumps damage. No option. Option two. Transmitter is in auto protection mode because of bad SWR, low Ampere or thin connection wire and male connecting plug. Check this out first. Option 3. Open the box on top of transmitter and check out if all circuits are getting 12 Volts if you try to shut device at ON. If the Voltage drops down transmitter stay in protection mode. yo tuve el mismo problema,y se soluciona cuando le pones el eliminador correcto 12v y 6 amperes y con eso tienes solucionado el problema,el amperaje es la clave saludos
Hey guys I do a radio station here in the UK and I have 15watts trasmitter but I have the CZH_15A get that one the ST_15B has been known to have problems.
That antenna will give you a very bad swr. My guess is you've blown the final transistor and the radio is locked out. Best to let a rig doctor have a look or buy another one and use a tuned antenna to the frequency you're using!
Hey, the transmitter should shine with a blue light, in my opinion, there is something wrong with the power supply, you can still see that it is on low power, L

mleszman The poor soldering. If you can return it do it. if not open ot up and retouch it. or bring it to a professional. Its the frequency Display. not getting power.

You have been taken your transmitter is a cheap counterfeit. It should have nIorfnIo labeled on the front or retexisess tr502. If you have one of those it will work just fine. The bluetooth version works the best. Also under your license you need to have a fcc certified transmitter. A good source of certified equipment including medium wave part 15 hamilton rangemaster and chez radio procaster is www.prgressiveconcepts.com They carry all kinds of am medium wave and fm fcc certified broadcast equipment. Just search progressive concepts they have used refurbished transmitter available. As well as Antennas, Antenna systems.
Lo que pasa es que no tiene conectada la antena correcta. Hay un sistema de protección que se activa cuando la carga no es de 50 ohmios, o cuando la antena no cumple el ajuste correcto de la frecuencia.

Mine just stopped transmitting after about 1 week.
the power supply should have 12v and 3 amps per 15 watts of power in the transmitter
wrong! psu needs to be 12v 6a! 15w is rf output not power consumption!
