Lots of chit chat this season about nothing.....look a livewell....I love this step......nice electronics...look 500 rod holders.....nothing about the mold ....the materials used in builds brief history of company...what makes it special.....specs.....how it runs....
If it helps, I can fill in the blanks on the Solace 345. I was the infusion engineer on boat #1, developed laminate schedules and the Bill of Materials for every laminated part on the boat. I am now on my own. The boat incorporates fiberglass and carbon fiber laminates. The hull, deck, liner, center console, hardtop and buggy top components are vacuum infused. The buggy top uses the most carbon fiber in its laminate. The epoxy resin system is post-cured in the molds to ensure proper cross-linking of the resin. Solace is a company started by Stephen Dougherty, who also founded Everglades and Edge Water with his dad. As for how it runs, their Facebook page has lots of video on it to answer that question. It would be hard to show what this boat has in a 5-minute video, unfortunately. Lots of additional info on the FB page, though.
Looks like Dorado is paying the bills,I enjoy your show but this is twice you have shown flat deck and twice raised deck, get on to something new please.
Another great show. It's nice to have Lori's perspective on what she likes about the boats.

I could not agree more. Well said, this episode stood out for negative reasons.

Of course they never say anything negative but still good to watch
Twin 200's. I always get home
Twin 150's for me. Lol. That Solace is pretty crazy. Was hoping it transitioned to a cat in the back, but still cool.
Was thinking about boat paint - "what haven't I seen yet? what about the ugly 70s bathroom olive?" Now I know. Nope!
