Hey JG, here's a tip, equip your commander with binoculars, you can fire both machine guns at same time from the top and the turret, it's more efficent, and the binoculars have more zoom than the Tiger 2 optics. Greetings!
pro tip for any player playing this map in offensive: to carry your team and to make a more stable frontline, always stay up and prone in the second wagon, there is a chimney as transport and you have a beautiful line to snipe your enemy with any weapon (except SMG), that way you can shot your enemy before they up the train, slowing down the train, beside you can see where they will flank you and the enemy only could hit you in by your sides. Since I did this trick, I enjoyed it a lot more this map and it turn out to be one of my favourites.
I usually really struggle with the visibility in the tanks (I normally spend a lot of time driving into the scenery 😂). I did just have a good game with them though where I basically parked in a train station whilst the other team sent in wave after wave of infantry ua-cam.com/video/kS_J2uJHCWM/v-deo.html
