میں ایک پاکستانی ھونے کی حیثیت سے اور ایک دفاعی ادارے کا پینشنر ھونے کی حیثیت سے وزیر خزانہ صاحب سے پوچھتا ھوں کہ کیا آپ کے پاس دوکانداروں پر ٹیکس لگانے کا کوئی میکنیزم نہیں ھے یا سرمایادار آپ کو ٹیکس لگانے نہیں دیتے ھمارے ملک میں لاکھوں دوکاندار ھیں- ھر دوکاندار پر اگر 1000 روپیہ ماہانہ ٹیکس بھی لگائیں تو آپ کی آئی ایم ایف سے بھی جان چھوٹ جائے گی اور ملک معاشی طور پر ترقی بھی کرے گا-

1. نیا ٹیکس نہ لگانا
2. پہلے سے لگے ٹیکس کی شرح کم ہو سکتی ے
3. کسی بھی چیز کے لیے سبسڈی دینے کی ضرورت نہیں پڑے گی۔
4. پیٹرول کی قیمت حیران کن حد تک کم ہو سکتی ے
5. بجلی کے نرخ کم ہو سکتے ہیں اور لوڈشیڈینگ سے نجات مل سکتی ے
6. عوام کو بہت زیادہ نوکریاں دی جا سکتی ہیں
*یہ سب ممکن ے اگر حکومت*
۔ اپنی عیاشیاں اور پروٹوکول ختم کرے
۔ قومی اور صوبای اسمبلیوں سے تمام مخصوص نشستیں ختم کرے
۔ ہر قسم کی مفت مراعات دینا بند کرے
۔ IMF یا کسی غیر ملک سے قرض مانگنا بند کرے۔
۔ اپنی عوام کے صرف 25 لاکھ افراد سے اوسطً ایک کڑوڑ روپیہ یا ایک کڑوڑ لوگوں سے اوسطً 25 لاکھ روپیہ قرض لے۔ *یہ رقم 90 بلین ڈالر بنتی ے۔*
اس رقم سے قرض ادا کرنے کے بعد ملک کے حالات چند مہنیوں میں بدل سکتے ہیں۔ ڈالر 70 روپے سے بھی نیچے ا سکتا ے اور ملک کی صنعت کا پہیہ پوری رفتار سے چل پڑتا ے نتیجہتاً برامدات بڑھیں گی۔
