Year 2001 the technology still primtive and pretty backward. Most likely WoonHo didn't disclose his 1st Love Bora to his family.The ending is sad but expected with unforeseen circumstances. It's unnecessary to elaborate his passing when Joseph met Bona in the exhibit 15 years later. Enjoy the movie as the casts acted well.

Me too. At the end of the video, he did say he’s going to see her soon so it could possibly in an accident but ending is too sad and don’t know why they ended the movie like that. Was the storyline meant to say grasp the one you love at the moment and not let go. Felt so heartbroken when she broke his heart and made him so sad and how he wrote a letter how he was always happy when he sees her during his most sad moment
