    Japanese cabala is very present in Kata names.
    108 are the bell chain in buddist temples in new year's eve, 108 are the sins living in human nature, each bell chain needs to purifying each sin.

      Yeah it is... there’s a lot of superstition in Japanese culture, especially in numbers...
