One doubt when we declare variables using let/var/const in functional component we have to declare them above the function and whatever state variables will be there only those should be declared above the return method is that correct wt i said?
we declare variables depending what key word we use, "var"= Global, "let and const"= functional, the variable declared with var can be used anywhere, but let and const have limitations within its function body as boundary
So basically let and const scope will be within the function right? Also I have below doubts 1. Do we use react testing librarys majorly? 2. How can we debug a react application do we always use console r break point way?

during development for testing we use console, once development we can go with frame works like 'enzyme, jasmine, mocha, etc..
