Great video, relaxing with beautiful shots, i have questions: is there any emergency car or first AID room. or security patrolling around track? if someone get sick or injured to rescue or you take all the risks like sunstrike or fainted during workout? because as i see there is no shade anywhere to take rest if you are in middle of race and feel not well... also is this track free to visit or you have to buy some ticket... thanks for your blogs and wish you all the best
Thanks for watching and for your questions: 1. Ways haven’t see any security or police patrolling any tracks in the UAE, so I’d say for your own safety it’s better not to ride alone. In case if any medical help will be needed and there will be someone to call an ambulance, they’ll arrive in no time. 2. At this specific track there are no shades, but there are other tracks in the UAE where we have shades. Another place in AbuDhabi - Hudairiyat island has even few water stations.
Im also a kid cyclist and im on my journey of fitness using a gravel bike. hop i get in triathlon! your amazing!
