I commented on your last video how last week our department announced that RTO is coming 2025 and the CEO hasn't announced it yet but it seems like they're collecting info first before they do imo and letting lower managers take the brunt of the negative feedback and theyre speaking in absolutes. I feel like they cannot possibly leave us waiting on this for weeks but they probably are. They told us they'd even have to buy/rent a building space for this but the estimated city is 45 - 1 hr away from me. They had another building 30 mins away from me(cannot work there tho), but i actually was kind of excited as i felt that it would be good for me and help me lose weight and control portion sizes, motivate me to be more social and poor more energy into myself etc. i feel like id nearly have no problem with hybrid 2-3x a week, but 4 just feels like a normal work week tho. But i do see the potential expansive energy around the RTO thing for me... unfortunately.
