Those are all Amtrak signals, CSX controls Virginia Ave. from Jacksonville, Amtrak controls everything into Union Station from K tower. Not sure of the purpose of the signals right at the portal though. Neat video though!

Tell you. At that speed, ride the train once and never again. It is absolutely ugly. A grotesque joke. Saw a couple of 65mph speed signs and this thing is crawling?
