Regular caps, cosmetics pumps or triggers in one capping machine?
That’s all possible with our revolutionary flexible robotized capping machine. It is designed for various types of closure: cosmetic pumps, sprays/triggers, flip-tops, push-pull closures or atomizers. Additionally, in the case of closures with straw it enables straw straightening functionality. As its task is to provide tight closure of packaging filled up earlier on the dosing line, the module is also equipped with a system for verification of closure presence and capping correctness.
The locking system can consist of different amounts of heads and each closing head has its own servo drive to control the closing cycle. No tools are needed for the capping heads and platforms changeover.
