This Ermac is more soul focused instead of telekinesis. He still has the lift, the slam and grabs but now he uses more souls. I'm glad you're really curious about Movado, he is one of my favorites that debuted in Deadly Alliance. He was more jacked back then, but now he's slim but fast. He's know for his bungie cords and spiked boots. He usually has Kabal's hookswords, since he killed him and took them as a trophy, but I'm guessing since Kabal isn't here he hasn't taken them. Hopefully we can see all fatalities soon, so you can see the progression.

That Kameo character is Mavado, the leader of the Red Dragon criminal gang and a guy who the speedster Kabal has major beef with. Long story short, Mavado was introduced during the 3D era MK games and in the events of those games he nearly killed Kabal after ambushing him and took his hooked swords as a trophy only for Kabal later on to get his swords back after beating Mavado in a different encounter. Mavado's main weapons are modified bungee cords with a disk like blade that can pierce and stick into anything allowing him to act like Spider-Man.

Beth is like "I will have PTSD with that Ermac meatball fatality" lol. Yeah Movado used the rubber band hook things in the 3D era, MK Deadly Alliance and Armageddon. He also used Kabal's hookswords in Deadly Alliance that he took them from lol. That was his fatality from Deadly Alliance except way goofier as he's lean back, spikes would pop out of his shoes then he'd just leap on your chest and pull out the shoe spikes from your torso and chest area. This one he goes right through you lol. NRS said today that they're adding newer challenges with invasions but also we'll be able to skip Survives now so that's awesome! Ermac is my favorite ninja, I always rocked everyone with him online in MK games, though this game from the kombat kast they said he's a rushdown character in this one instead of a zoner.
If it makes you guys feel any better I had to use the windbreaker amulet and use peacemaker or Kam(cause I can’t spell her name right) it was definitely and rough battle but in the end I won

Zero pink, zero purple, just nothing. What they do look like? Havik. Specifically Titan Havik from the story mode. And in parts of the files it was called a season of chaos, suggesting that they just took Havik’s season and plastered Mileena’s face on it. Ruining the chance to get an ACTUAL Mileena inspired season. It’s so infuriating and I hope they address or change it in the future and give her the season she deserves, cuz so far they’ve been ignoring any like cosmetic problem the game has as a whole. Hopefully this sort of thing won’t happen again, if anything give us a Havik season with Mileena skins to make up for it lol. Not talking about the Boss Mileena skin in general I mean the green, orange, and red seasonal palettes for everyone. Edit: ah ok I see you did hear about it, yea it’s just frustrating how much the cosmetics have been kinda neglected is game. I feel like a lot of quality of life stuff is just a lot worse than MK11 so that kinda sucks.
I can say that Mavado is the type of character that is mixture of Kebal and Spider-Man. As he is a former Black Dragon member with Kano and Kebal till killing Kebal to gain the weapons from him. In Deadly Alliance it being his debut in the MK series. Also he seems to be a very deadly character. With that said, NeitherRelm Studios has announced that some of the characters in this MK has changed move sets to fit more of their appearance. For example, Reptile can now do a slide attack, spit from spit to a ball spit, and more. I don’t know who is the others just Reptile is the only one I know so far. 😅

Mavado originates from Deadly Alliance and is part of the Red Dragons, a criminal organization that the Black Dragon split off from (neither groups are good, but Black Dragons are brutes, while the Red Dragons are a bit more strategic and intellectual.) Mavado just uses grappling hooks to fight and move, along with using martial arts (Wing Chun, same as Ip Man and Leroy from Tekken and Long Fist styles.) Not anymore, but he stole Kabal’s weapons after defeating him and used them to fight/as trophies. He wasn’t as cool in the past (gameplay or fatality-wise), but they turned him into Spider-Man and made him more mobile/faster. Also, hard to tell, but other characters got new moves/buffs (Reptile, Rain, Scorpion, and Shujinko.)
I have a feeling that when they wake up, they have a big fight to decide what they’re going to eat for breakfast and which ever soul wins that’s who decides what they eat for breakfast lunch and dinner for that day

Man, other than Omni-Man and Peacemaker, I was hoping Ermac would look badass in terms of design and gameplay.
