My narcissistic mother is trying to take the home my son and I have fixed up and lived in for the past two years ..all of our names are listed on the trust but she is the grantor and can sell it if she wants .. which she has decided to do because we called her out on all of her lies ..now she wants to take our home away ..thank you Dawne and Jordan
Seek legal representation because either she can’t sell without all the parties involved in the trust, it depends on the laws is whatever state you live in and it’s probably going to be in Probate/ Surrogate Court proceedings if and when you go to court to fight it. Also… look at it that if GOD sees fit to have the house be taken then GOD has something better for you with no one else connected to it.

With all that dust moving north because the westerlies begin to cut under the easterlies, these waves will come out of Africa suppressed south of the dust, almost riding the dust in a way. However, the dust will move north before it reaches the gulf and the waves will be in the southern part of the carribean. This could give them a chance to shoot north.
In New York City we had 29 MPH winds on Monday afternoon/ evening that was whipping up dirt in the park, tree branches and leaves that we had to turn our backs to it. Rooftop furniture padding was swept off the rooftop onto the sidewalk.

I think what possibly cluld be happening is that the water temperatures may be so warm that even though there may be sinking motion, the warm waters creates its own rising motion against that which still aids in some developmemt. Maybe not as plentiful, but maybe there won't be a total shutdown, just a slow down until things really go CRAZY.

Once again, You were right. My wife checked local weather for West Michigan and nothing really stood out. Around 5:30am, from Muskegon to Whitehall 45 min north of us was hit with 70 mph straight winds and one person interviewed said it was like being in a hurricane. Trees and power lines are down for miles and miles. No report of tornados but 50 percent of Muskegon county has been reported impassable. My family was blessed. We were on the outskirts where just 5 min north all secondary roads are filled with trees and powerlines

If upper level air is colder than normal 78 degrees can sustain systems because of greater instability. Hurricane Epsilon in 2005 is a example for this
@@briankelly1343Ohhh, I see what you're saying. The temperature required for a hurricane is around 80°F. So wherever you got that information from I'm sure it's wrong. It was probably the temperature left over from Hurricane Epsilon, or the temperature right underneath as it was moving.

Unfortunately, I had two broody hens die from heat exhaustion today due to the heat index. More coming tomorrow, so I guess I will be shooing broody hens out of the nest box all day. We put ice blocks and a fan in the run; however, that doesn't help much if they won't get out of the nest box.

That's exactly what low pressure is. The pressure becomes lower than the surrounding air because the temperature gets lower with altitude.
