I used to think Natalie Cole was the most underrated vocalist of our time.(Natalie was and still is my favorite artist) but Melba is right there with her as far as being overlooked maybe even more so. Melba voice is a beautiful instrument a God- given talent. The stars of today will never be able to sing/compete on this level.The Divas of Yesterday were AMAZING. RIP Queen Natalie Cole.

I loved this song when I was a little girl, I used to play it over and over again. this song mean so much to me today than ever before, I just got so emotional thinking about my life and marriage and my husband recovering from a stroke over 10 years ago. How much Lean on Me really means. How physically he had to lean on me and mentally I had to lean on him. If we ever renew our vows this will be the song I sing to him. I hope I can get through it, this song is amazing and Ms. Moore is an awesome and undeserved singer.

Yeah because her estranged former greedy ass husband robbed her of all her millions....then he made it difficult for her get air play and her royalties, because after robbing her, he could afford the best attorneys to block and railroad her into poverty....he was and still his stone crook....karma caught up with him though....I read where he ended up in a lot trouble for making shiesty real estate deals and robbing some more folks....it's alleged that he's doing or has done some prison time....GOD DON'T SLEEP....Melba never recovered her abundant wealth, but she's surviving and her heart has gone on....God has kept her in perfect peace, when the enemy tried to destroy her.🥲💜🙏

Every time I think about Jaws I think back to a Mike Douglas (talk show) episode that had Steven Spielberg and Melba Moore on. One of the first questions she asked him was: "How did you train the shark to do all that stuff ?" I can't remember what his answer was because I was laughing so hard.
