My great grandmother actually knew him. There's a picture of him sitting on her couch with two people on either side of him (big ass couch) and he has his hands hanging down either side

You stole that joke from the people who said that to him
those shoes weren't worn by Wadlow unless he was like 8 years old at the time. His final shoes were 18 1/2 inches long. Those are WAY smaller than that.

Him not graduating in June 1935 reminds me of another time another tall guy named Clint Eastwood was held back to middle school due to bad grades. He also had to complete summer school. While attending Piedmont High School, Clint was asked to leave due to breaking their rules.
He never walked a mile with the shoes lol
