Basic dimensions PCD and ANGLE
Datum (A) is ID
Position tolerance 0.2/B

First find the each holes X, Y co-ordinate calculate panunga (use triginometry (or) CAD)
Then use two PIN to insert on the two straight holes & straight the two PINs verically with the help of tri-square Now fix the part with any clamping
Now you can use height gauge (trimos (or) micro height 2D)to measure the hols Y distance from datum(center hole)
Rotate the part 90degree then repeat the same, this measurements consider as X distance
Now use the video stated formula to calculate the true position.

Yes, based on manufacturing error there is a possibility of getting error in each hole. So, you must verify the true position on each holes.
