I have tried the green colour. But according to the mentioned procedure I got army green/ mehendi colour. I tried again by using very less sugar(1/2-1 spoon) and NO lemon juice and it came out well “leaf green colour”. It did not crystallise because of adding less sugar. It did not have any flavour of Palak even before adding sugar. So, we can use it without sugar and lemon juice too. I hope this will help those who are trying for the first time😊

Why don't you try using gelling sugar.? This sugar also has pectin in it.

@@meirfan4657 yes, you can use it undoubtedly according to what I have mentioned. I have used this for my son’s birthday cake. I have used homemade orange flavour to this gel/green colour palak juice after cooking.

Saffron might cost you $16. Somebody else used mango for yellow. You might want to try that instead of Saffron.
In Canadian health food shops natural food colouring can cost us $16.00 for 1 single bottle! 🤦♀️

If we are making with Beetroot for the food colour. And using for cupcakes, cakes or anything. the taste will come beetroot also smell... It's natural but the smell and taste will come. 😌

You won't believe I am about to make cake on Sunday for my fur baby's birthday and I want everything to be pet friendly and this food color will be just so perfect for his cake .... I am making each and everything pet friendly only color was something which u had to buy from market but now that also I can make at home ☺️ thank u so so much 😊
Very lovely thing to do not scaring you but you must ask your vet before you do that and avoid adding any chocolate products my cutiepie had a lot health problems and infection because i didn't really know what to feed him so I use to give him my normal food that we eat and now

I would like to inform you I am a nutritionist myself and in addition a dog lover from years and a volunteer too ... So I hv studied in dog nutrition too ... I keep gathering all the knowledge about what to give and what not to give to dogs and I always feed my dogs very carefully 😁 and yes you are absolutely right ... Chocolates are not at all healthy for dogs ... 👍🏻 Incase you hv any questions reading dog meals you can ask me, I hv done a course on dog habits , food and training too ☺️

I like cats but never kept one nor did I ever research about them ..so zero knowledge hence I won't be able to contribute in a conversation related to cats ☺️... FUN FACT - my dog loves to play with cats ... He use to sneak in a cat from our balcony every afternoon when we use to be in office and use to share his food with her and play with her all afternoon and the moment I use to enter home she use to ran away 🤣 ... And my neighbours showed me their videos once and I was so shocked and amazed at the same time 😻
