ZTZ-96 has nothing to do with Type 90-II. It's the domestic version of Type 85-2AP which is developed from Type 80 or WZ-122 chassis, while Type 90-II comes from the 1224 testbed and BK-1871 prototype.

I don't understand why Gaijin wants to weaken the armor and firepower of the MBT2000 and put it at 10.0. This is very untrue and does not reproduce. The actual ability of MBT2000 has a complete value of 10.7-11.0. I don't know when Gaijin can restore the true performance of MBT2000. Gaijin also weakened the armor and thermal imaging of the Leopard 2PSO, which was improved from the Leopard 2A6EX, and having stronger armor is certain. But Gaijin doesn't want to give them, hoping that they can restore their true performance in the future.

Compared to this guy, T-80B is now a true joker with worse firepower and mobility. MBT-2000 should get better armour or better APFSDS and go to 10.7 to support the twin ZTZ-99s.

With this if a shell create spalling from the engine the fragments go straight trough the metal plate into the crew. Basically if the shell get to the metal plate the crew get showered in double spalling
It's really not.... it's has bit less mobility, no commander thermals. For the addtion of basically usless side armour (like ariete PSO) and an additional 7.7 machine gun on the turret. (So basically useless even against helicopters)
Like your content but that is a bit of an L take, it is fine at 10.0. The only thing it brings to the table is mobility and turret cheek armor. Right now the UFP is completely bugged and everything can pen it, even at spots where the effective thickness is over 900mm... A bug report is out to get it fixed but we all know how long that'll take. The 125-I has been nerfed to it's former glory, the spalling is hit or miss and it ricochets often. Especially against Leo 2's, those things just don't die. If this needs bumped up in BR because it actually has mobility, then well a ton of NATO tanks are gonna need to be bumped up with it.
