I'm in a weird phase where I can't stand the hud in videos. 🤣
Even though I mostly play without it, sometimes I have to pull it back up to see stats & I don't like how it looks in the videos.
So I decided to experiment with this "new" format.

People who attack you on site are assholes, *but the real scumbags are the people who randomly betray you after several hours.*
The KOS guys or immediately hostile guys are assholes, yes, but at least they make their intentions clear from the moment you make contact. Like you said, the people that betray you after looting together for a while are the worst people in the world. I got a feeling if they were ever in a situation that required them to be a “survivor” they would 100% kill people in their sleep.
In Dayz you can never truly trust anyone.
i betrayed a guy after a couple hours once because he took a gun from a player that i killed, and when i said something about it he said "i got here first" so i fed him pond water, ended up shooting him because someone in my group kept trying to heal him, and i didnt want to say i was making him sick on purpose over the mic. i dont feel like a scumbag for that. but generally i agree with you.
