@@Miss_Ala there's a book called " dreams come to life " created by one of joey Drew studios authors i suppose , the events take place after the ink demon was created and it's starring buddy who's an important person to the game , not knowing anything about the book i suppose you don't know who's buddy gonna end up be so , read the book to know , there's a lot of lore for a BATIM fan to enjoy , although this video spoil some stuff , i guess there's a lot more in the actual book

For anyone wondering, this is an adaptation of the book Dreams Come to Life taking place before the main game in 1946 following the life of a Jewish Polish man named Danial or Buddy whose father died in the war, he works in the studio where he hangs with Joey Drew as a delivery boy. He befriends an artist named Dot and the two investigate the Studio where they met Bendy, Buddy is then captured and turned into the Boris in the main game
How is it in '46, i thought all of this happend in '33??
so Boris was actually a human and Tom turned into the same kind as him

You’ve definitely gained me a new level of respect, this makes me so happy to see and 18 minute animation on my favourite franchise. If I could double or triple subscribe I would, but you’ve definitely made my day and gave me a new inspiration for my own animations and animatics.

I love the designs in this so much, especially Sammy’s. This makes me wanna finally read the book! I’ve been meaning to for a while and just never got around to it. This is so cool.

@@user-sc5cq9vq4c After BatDR, yes. I did start listening to the audiobook but eventually my hyperfixation changed and I haven’t gone back to it. (The ADHD makes it very easy to get into fandoms, but impossible to get fully into it lol.)
From the lore accurate representations inside of the animations to the actually good storytelling all the way to the references to other forms of bendy media inside the audio is astutely genius. Bravo!

I really love how Joey's blue eyes seem to have an eerie glow, making him look like the insane sociopath he is. Great job! 👍
I love how you drew Sammy.
The added touch of "Projections" on piano when Dot and Buddy see Norman in the studio. That little touch really hit me. Maybe it's because I'm really familiar with the song and I love the Projectionist. But it gave me some goosebumps.
Edit: noticed, there's a piano version of "Amen" when Sammy shows up again. Absolutely love the nods to the fan songs 😌
Dot was such a fun character to voice! I'm so proud to be a part of this beautiful animation, along with the team that made it all possible! I was Circus Baby in one of Dominoe’s previous videos, and it is astonishing how much improvement there is in every aspect of this animation (which is saying a lot because that animation was already next level)! I can’t wait to see what’s in store next! 😊

Damn... Whomever did laurance definitely got his voice right^^! Sammys voice is accurate to what he'd sound like without the inky body. Minus a slight pitch. But it can only get better in due time I'm sure^^

You know whats funny about this? The design of Joey in this animation is almost exactly identical to the ink Joey character in the Bendy and the dark revival game, and this came out before the game was released. X3

@@shakirabroadby8050 Yes, actually! This animation is based on a book about Bendy 3 years ago, also called Dreams Come to Life.
Yeah! The book has a lot of content that this short wasn’t able to cover, like Buddy’s home life, a lot of the final act, and what happens to Buddy in the end, so I recommend you read it if you wanna get the full experience!

HOLY BAJEEZUS The absolute accuracy yet tinge of creative freedom you all took with the original novel and translating it to animation is fantastic!!! I love the addition of the flashback scene specifically. The acting, facial expressions and body language that all the characters exude is fantastic as well, it’s so cool to see these scenes that I remember reading translate so well into an animated video. You should all be proud of yourself!!! Hope this video gets big numbers :)
Okay but also Norman’s voice actor in particular???? Absolutely top notch, they all had great performances but man the characterization he gives to Norman is so different to how I looked at him, but I will now forever see him like that.

@@magickelfgirl the novel is called Dreams Come to Life, actually! :) there’s a second one called The Lost Ones I think, and you can get Joey’s memoirs, The Illusion of Living, as well.
FINALLY someone got the 1930s Era right and of course the lore I gotta say it's already perfection animation is smooth voice acting is grate

This was incredible! The animation, the audio cues for different characters like the projectionist song for Norman or "Can I Get an Amen" in the final arc. Even if the end was a little rushed, this is a great animation for a recap on Dreams Come to Life!
I mean I'm pretty sure they aren't legally allowed to make full adaptation of the book
I love how when certain characters enter the scene, various fanmade songs about them play- for example, Projections by CG5 when Norman showed up.

7 months in the works and the finished product is amazing! It was definitely worth the wait.
I really like Norman’s laughing animation. It’s so smooth, but also bold.
I am not sure if I am just shallow, but this is certainly deep. The morals and lessons are submerged in thick ink. It all makes sense if you really think. Though you will miss it if you dare to blink.
You've literally described the entire Bendy franchise, my man.

geez, another banger!! everyone did absolutely fantastic on this! the voices surprised me (in a good way!) loved hearing the accents and seeing it paired with the amazing animation style. the story was taken from the books, yes? such a good mix here.
I've read the book "Dreams come to life" a lot, and I couldn't put it down since I got it for my 15th birthday...you could easily tell that my obsession with Bendy has taken over every other fandom I'm into lol

This is so underrated!!! I cant believe you actually animated the lore of the books!! I’ve read all of the books and it’s amazing seeing all of this on screen!! Not even mentioning HOW GOOD the animation is. Lady’s and Gents, we have the first perfect Bendy short film!!! Great job!

As a fan of dreams come to life I'm over the moon to see more fan projects on it! This animation was beyond amazing i literally jumped out of my seat when i first saw it. The character designs are really cool too! Thankyou for such a wonderfully made animation, keep up the splendid work!

It's things like this that I crave for. The animation was fluid, the story was brilliant, the tone and horror elements were pulled off wonderfully and the acting was just the icing on the inkified cake!🎂 And I love the implications of the Bendy songs, like Build our machine!
I haven't read any of the books, but I have a faint idea behind the story of Buddy. Seeing it like this makes me want to actually read the books more now (especially with the new one coming next year). I particularly liked the voice work. Especially Bendy's voice actor, Logan Chipman, who has an amazing voice for Bendy. That, "Run," was perfect. And James Hare did a great Henry. Also, Henry walking into the studio is pretty much iconic in the Bendy lore at this point. Joey's personality is just spot on. Cunning and imaginative, but manipulative to those around him. Trying to make dreams come true. And that ending... damn.
You can bet, I'll be checking more animations from Mr. Dominoe.

I really enjoyed this. The feel of an old movie in the beginning, the adaptation of the scenes from the book, the fact that you put songs that artists have made for the game, everything was well done.
Also I really liked what you did in the end.😉 Leaving us all in agony since the actual ending of the book is kind of an important spoiler. At least that's what I think was the reason for the ending of the animation now idk😅

Okay let me just rant about how good this is!! I LOVE THIS ANIMATION IT'S SMOOTH AND AMAZING! It has a creative twist on so many things and it gives you a visual that the book just can't do. And you visualized so many things so well and the voice acting is amazing!! I just love this animation so well and it keeps so many things true to the actual book and game. The art is amazing and the character designs look great Sammy looks how I imagine him although I don't imagine him with glasses and I love that Norman is basically exactly how I imagine. Joey is how everyone imagines him an asshole. I like the look you gave Henry He looks like a very young man and So many other designs that I just AHH

This is a great representation of the book! A lot of details are skipped, but its very understandable since its an animation! This is so great!
This is seriously one of the *smoothest* animations I've seen, ever. The running, the casual smiles, everything. The different backgrounds had the smallest yet most significant details, I'm genuinely impressed. Voice acting is on point, and I love the 1920's vibes it gives off. Amazing work, I'd love to see more in the future. (Maybe even as a movie someday 👀)

The music for this great! There are a lot of BATIM songs all throughout the animation like Easter eggs. I can recognize Build up our machine, Can’t be erased, Projections, and Can I get an amen. Now that’s nice attention to detail!
