Hi @gitaarya4618 we went from 28th of june to 2nd of july and at that time weather was pretty good, very less rain but as of now please check weather forecast and then travel! Be safe & happy journey!
Roads are pretty good now as I would suggest better to stay in Dharamshala for broader roads and if you would like to stay in Mcleodganj then I prefer you to travel by foot or by rented Two wheeler

december mai roads drive karne layak hoti hai kya,,what if there is a snowfall ? block ho jate hai kya..how is dharamshala to palampur roads ?
During december roads will be in good condition. Snow aur upar height par jayege toh milegi.. tb aap precautions le sakte ho
