He handled that with class and grace so you gotta give him credit for that.

I’m surprised Al hasn’t yet gone on Funkys show as a guest or recurring guest. That would be super easy to set up and to get clicks and views for both of them. And it makes sense since they both aren’t friends with Claudia. We will see if that’s in the works.

I can't count how many times i have been in a meeting at work where some crazy ish was said that i just had to sit there and take with a smile on my face. But pls believe once those meetings were over i would fire off and call my supervisor or my man or my bff and vent. Sometimes they had to rush and take me off speaker phone cause i would be on 1! The fact that people can't understand that is wild. Cause if i would go.off the way i wanted to in those meetings i would be very unemployed with bills to pay. I fully get Al reaction. When you allow your feelings to take over in the work environment not only can it cost u your job but it can lead to other employers not giving you opportunities. Pls know in corp America dem folks talk and will blackball you real quick. Also all 3 of them equally played a roll in the demise of the show. No one person is to blame but also no one person decided to be adult and consider the bigger picture of what could happen if they didnt find a way to make it work because im sure many of us work with people we dont like often if not at least 5 days a week, but we have bills to pay and and if we lose our jobs i promise you them same folks we cant stand will still have their jobs and will watch u struggle.

Allegedly, he was suspended for posting and apology to Ne Ne Leaks after Claudia went in on Ne Ne about the flower comments she made about the women of RHOA. In my opinion, Claudia despises Ne Ne, and she hated the fact Al is friends with Ne Ne.

Claudia has pretty-girl-syndrome. Women who hate Claudia tend to be jealous hearted types because she's the complete package in that she's got brains, quick-wit, and beauty. She could be arrogant with the goods to back it up, but she's NOT arrogant. That makes jealous types hate her even more so. She's quite humble and admits to her flaws which makes her relatable. She's got vision and the fire to put things into action. How can anyone not respect a woman who has vision and makes things happen?! I can only respect her admitting to her mistakes in business for other women who are visionaries to learn from. That's a humble person who will continue to be successful. It's unfortunate that she gets a lot of hate, but it comes with the pretty-girl-syndrome.
