It's like a full-size race car bed.
The Flash McQueen bed ?
I sleep in a racing car, do you?
MathsYknow I sleep in a big bed with my wife
Maybe a twin sized, at best.
The Ironworks YESSSSSSSS THE ONE I WANTED WHEN I WAS A KID!!!!!! THE MINI CORVETTE!!!!!!
Suzuki Cappuccino, the espresso to the sports car.
Jack
The Starbucks Company car
Meanwhile, in India, Suzuki actually named a car espresso (styled as S-Presso)
Yeah that expresso got banned to deplorable crash test results
The official car of Gran Turismo 4 coffee breaks
I am ashamed to say that the coffee break car was a Miata in my memory.
Hell, Gran Turismo 4 is the only reason I knew this car existed before Regular Cars got around to reviewing it! Good times, good times!
Gran Turismo 2
Used it to win 30 laps of deep forest raceway endurance, Didn't even have to change the tires. Only once mind, Every other time since it *quickly* got outpaced. Dont care, Still awesome.
Its a Daihatsu man
_Ohhhh Yeeaaaahh_
*N O T A M I A T A*
Ballasts on a Suzuki
That looks like a Miat... WAIT! It's a phony!
Am potat
Its easier to let your frustrations go than trying to correct everybody
Thanks for the life lesson
Tbf that guy taking a pic of what he thinks his wife's fave car is pretty cute.
Suzuki Cappuccino: the official car of getting your racing license in Gran Turismo
The coffee break.
After 15 years in Japan, I saw one of these in the wild for the first time in rural Okayama Prefecture last fall.
'Who's to say your right when you're the patron Saint of wrong?' Damn that's a good lyric
Thanks! I have my moments. Blind squirrel, and all that.
@@LimitedTimeRoman This was my favorite song of any RCR video 🙏
Science class: silent
*me accidentally having my volume on full*
Regular car reviews: Nice Miata.
😂
At least it wasn't H O T D I C K S over and over at full volume.
@@JoelEmberson I agree.
@@JoelEmberson dude I played that one when I was on a xtrainer at the gym, crying with laughter and pulled my god damned headphones out. Then came the stares...
That could have gone so much worse.
Nick, I’ve watched every RCR video. That piece of music at the end was my favourite piece of music you’ve done. It was fantastic and I’d love to hear a full version. It has a somber emotive quality that really captures attention.
As if you'd try to order one off "Wish" LMAO!!!
Never has a truer word been spoken haha
If you're gonna buy vehicles off the internet, it's either Alibaba or Tesla 😂
“Automotive counsel of Ricks”
Mom can we get Miata?
Mom: We have Miata at home
Miata at home:
what?
oldass unfunny joke
I would rather have a cappuccino than a miata.
thanks mom this is much better than a Miata!
I will swap my Miata for this any day
"This is definitely Cessna 150 closeness in here" GOLD
Have been in a 150, can confirm, very.... Cozy.
The official car of deciding if you'll take someone for a ride based on pungency.
Did PPL in a 152, can confirm.
"Bigger turbo, forged internals"
"""100 horsepower"""
Edit: to clarify I'm not saying 100hp is a small amount for a car the size of the cappuccino. I'm saying it's comical to hear an engine needed forged internals, bigger turbo and fuel delivery to squeeze out a measly 100 hp
Just laugh and honk your nose
Tbf 100hp is a lot of power for a car that weighs as much as your mom.
I kid I kid.
Just laugh and honk your nose 100hp on like 2grams of car is fast
600cc
@@bulbinking my bike have more power 😅
@@mateuszbarya9098 you have the legs of zeus wtf
3:30 I mean it sounds like it's fast
N.W.O “a slow car that sounds like it’s going fast is the most fun you’ll have driving a car in your life” - Some car youtuber i forgot the name of
@@BulletBeez Bladed Angel said something like that.
Probably feels hella fast too.
The funny thing is the Beat is slower but sounds faster because you are midway through 4th gear before you hit 60mph. The Capp accelerates much like a normal car.
@@BulletBeez savagegeese said that
One word:
*_P O W E R W H E E L S_*
Those are two?
*P O W E R L E S S W H E E L S*
That outro song, I want the full length song now haha
Everyone should drive a car like the Capp at least once in their lives if for no other reason than to feel alive. Hey, I learned to drive on those roads and that covered bridge. I just got my temp and Mom stopped the car and said, "OK. Take it. Get us home." But that was in a '75 LTD. I can just imagine the holy shirt moments on those curves. You're alive.
The Cappuccino is the perfect car for the people who still want to enjoy their drive around the city but don't want to worry about accidentally clipping the mirrors on parallel-parked cars. It's a very good and comparatively underappreciated treasure. If you can find one for $10k, you probably won't regret buying it as long as you can fit.
I've reached a point with this channel at which 50% attention is essay analysis to better my writing in school, and 50% vehicle admiration and model history learning. Thanks for being a deeply unique channel!
Shout out to the Roman, the closing song was done really well!
10:20 that sticker on the Cooper S is super familiar lol wonder why
I mean, his 700k stream was with Adler who drives a blue Mini Cooper so...
Lol, makes a Mini Cooper look like an Escalade. It really did. Thanks very much for the clean review without all of the vulgarities. You are just as funny, if not funnier without all of that. A few more of these and I will bring the kiddies to watch.
Ah, Cafe 210 West. Nothing beats Long Island Iced Teas on the Patio on the first nice weekend in April.
Me and my buddies have been watching your channel religiously for years, and we lost our minds collectively when we realized you were filming in my hometown of Silverton and Amberley Village. If we had seen you on the road, we would have asked to buy y'all beers. Absolute legends.
I went to the fairgrounds once to drive around the Farmall M
found myself in the middle of a car show before long. the only tractor there.
I got best in class and a bit of attemtion but it was actually a really good thing because this little boy spotted it as they were coming in and made a Bee line for it, I let him sit up on it and started it for him while he was there. I think I made his week.
When I saw one for the first time, at first I thought its NB Miata but then I was like "Cant be... Even Miata isnt this small" And then I went to see the backlights and I said " No way.... I cant believe my eyes its cappuccino"
Found it on Gran Turismo2, tune it to 180hp (max) and won 30 laps of "deep forest raceway" endurance. (only did it first time, every subsequent time I got my ass kicked). Loved it ever since, Such a great car and would love to own one some day.
Love the closing song, Roman. Great!
I’m a tall guy who likes small cars, I’m 6’4” and I daily an NA Miata. So when I saw a Cappuccino for the first time at a car show last year, I asked the owner if I could sit in it, and he let me. I was able to fit inside it, more or less comfortably, and I thought to myself “I could make this work” until I looked at the middle roof section next to me, and it was at eye level.
As a PSU alum, its funny to hear you reference stuff that's close to the school. Love the channel
If Drum Corps were a car. “Oooh, a marching band!”
6:02
This is VERY true, My NA Miata was invisible, and people either cut me off or almost merged into me, same thing with the Cvy Bolt I had- it blended in despite to the bright color and somewhat rarity.
I got a ND RF Miata now, and although it is still tiny and grey- there isn't a lot of them on the road- and people give notice to it- knock on wood, people have been keeping their distance from me, but now a lot of people want to race me at lights.
Then, you need to make a video about the Dahiatsu Copen, if you will find one :D
Any experience with one? They seem nice, but nobody speaks about them much.
Didn't realize how small it was until I saw it next to my car...the mini Cooper. Amazing review, very enviable ride
1989 Iroc Z with the original tuned port. Cruise The Crater, Middlesborough, KY in 2014. Had a group of bros saying "if you carbed it you'd get more power."
10:05 - 10:45... A M E N !
My first Regular Car Review and glad my son brought me here. One more fan and subscriber!
This... This is the car that gave me nightmares in Gran Turismo 4, I don't remember how many cones I have hit with that car.
aw, love the childish, responsible fun message that you put with this cute car!
Man I used to race this car in Gran Turismo 2 due to the superior handling! Sad was I when the power difference of the other cars was so much higher that I couldn't out-handle them anymore. :(
As a Canadian I have to watch these reviews from the perspective of some American car enthusiast who is oblivious to anything JDM outside the Skyline
9:05 COVERED BRIDGE! COVERED BRIDGE! Finally!
Considering you're in Pennsylvania I'm honesty suprised you've gotten this far without one appearing before.
That turbo sounds incredible
That sounds so good XD what a cutie. My S660 sounds pretty similar. And I love the message at the end. There's always something more to take away from your videos than "just" a fun review.
Don’t let this distract you from the fact that Hector is going to be running three Honda civics with spoon engines, and on top of that, he just went into Harry’s and bought three t66 turbos with nos, and a motec exhaust system.
Much as I do enjoy the feeling I get from being in one of these funny convertibles, at 6’8”, I can barely squeeze myself into a Miata NA. Never found a Cappuccino to try sitting in, but I seriously doubt that I could fit in it at all. Great outro, though
8:07 Ehhhh, not really. Hot in, is just lest air in, period. It doesn't really matter if it's into a turbo or a NA engine, air density is everything, and hot air is less dense.
Because that huge engine really needs to breath more air...Im sure increasing the power even more with cold air is exaclty what its craves...
This is sadly too true. I've had a Honda Beat and now have a Suzuki Cappuccino, and the Beat did get a lot more attention.
The Cappuccino is more comfortable, and more practical (as long as the roof is up), but the Beat just had that weird shape that attracted attention.
And I've also had a Miata...which drives a lot like the Cappuccino. So this review is pretty much spot on.
This video was filmed in my town! I wish I got the chance to meet you man!
one of my dream cars, love everything about this little thang
1:39 nice dragon
Wait where's the big wing?...
wheres the godamn trueno?!
It's like someone made a 1:2 scale RC car, then thought screw it, I'll just drive it instead.
this should still be in production
Wait...a whole RCR video with nothing insanely raunchy in it? You OK, Mr Regular?
Also also, gorgeous song, Roman.
I saw a lifted Cappuccino on fat rally tires the other day, and I damn near broke my neck looking over at it
I wish I was a dingus
Maybe I'm the only one but this channel really pairs well with Advanced Knife Bro..
Love the Cessna 150 reference. I fly them and they are tight.
suzuki capuccino: for the guy who buys an old vantage and giggles when people say ,,hey nice mustang''
Wow I love this Japanese cat with an Italian name. Can’t wait for the Lambo Raman to be released.
I only know of this cars existence because of the Gran Turismo video game series. Sunday Cup, anyone?
Delightful car. Small engine tuned to have the right amount of fun without spending much.
Thumbs up for French Park!
Always my first choice on GT back in the day
The little tune at the end was beautiful, you should write some actual music sometime man
Great song at the end Roman.
Saw one while I was driving and it got me so excited that I gave my first thumbs up...

Suzuki Cappuccino:
*NAME'S LONGER THAN CAR*
Rcr referred to the metric system! This made my day.
This is one of those cars in Initial D that almost pushed Takumi past his limit, with 88 horsepower and rain
Came for the car, stayed for the free life advice.
My friend bought a 1987 Pontiac Fiero and he took it to the car meet the same day. He was expecting everyone to be surprised that he just rolled up in a new car. unfortunately some new guy showed up with a Supra, soooo nobody cave a hoot about his classic Pontiac. the fact that nobody cared about his new car ruffled his feathers so much he almost left me at the car meet all by myself with no ride home Two Towns over. honestly if the supra wasn't there I don't think anybody would still care, it's not like he bought a mr2 lol
Such a great little car. Love to have one someday when I hit the lotto and have a Jay Leno collection
The official car of “coffee break”.
Everytime you drive to Starbucks you have to buy a Cappuccino. If you don't everybody will think you're a disgrace.
Profoundly dangerous, nearly invisible car.
Me: Mom can we have a Suzuki Cappuccino?
Mom: We already have a Cappuccino.
Cappuccino at home: *Miata*
"There's nothing childish or naive about truly believing that being good will lead to a good life" I need a little card in my wallet with just this quote written on it
I’m so glad you guys finally did my dream car! The car I drive right now is a Suzuki and when I first saw this car I knew i would definitely dream about driving it. I’m willing to pay 10k for this hunk of fun
Could’ve reviewed my Corvair while you were here @regularcarreviews :( you used the pic in the Chevy 2 video. Acknowledge the ‘vair!
100hp must genuinely go like fuck
I believe this was the car was suggested by Suzuki to be the 1994 Geo Storm since Isuzu discontinued the Impulse / Storm. GM rejected the car.
Driving this car since Gran Turismo 2 in 1999
Some guy once told me my 67 AMC rambler was a dart. He then argued with me that I was wrong.
Look at Cappcino driving behind the Chevy Pick-up is like me compares with a literally moutain.
Edit: Just finsehd this awsome video, how can Mr.Regular say things so well said to most of cars....
GT2 vibes!
Next to these, MX5's and MR2's are large and spacious.
I think Mr. Regular's scared to make it known to the world that he likes cars.
Whenever you find yourself in Europe again, you should try to find the Euro equivalent of the ABC trio to review...
the Smart Roadster
love these little toys..
See that you were on Stonelick Rd. Leave nearby for a long time and I never seen that car. Lol. Must have thought it was a Miata. I will have to keep an eye out for it.
Nope! I just finally got it over here in October and it's been in the garage all winter. It'll be out a lot more now that it's getting nicer outside!
If I hadn't just bought a daily, and a project car, I would totally try to get my hands on one of these things.
Go Roman with the credits! Sounds great!
Is that the bridge where they filmed the Volvo going in the river in Beetlejuice?
Criminally missed opportunity to put 6'4" Don behind the wheel for chucks...
My favorite thing about having a right hand drive would be going through drive through windows in reverse
Suzuki makes a car called wagonr the car that saves their ass its like a pic on stilts its not just sold in Japan its a bit different everywhere
