~Restoring A 138 Year Old Antique Steamer Trunk~

I have been actively looking, for a long time, for a trunk of some sort to use for storage. Every time I would go thrifting or garage saleing it was on my "wish list". I FINALLY found what I was looking for, BUT....it needed a major restoring. It was a complete labor of love. It took me weeks to complete it, and I never would have gotten it done if Scott wasn't willing and able to help me. However, with time a little bit of money and a LOT of elbow grease, we restored this 138 year old steamer trunk and I absolutely LOVE how it turned out. Watch the video to see the final result.

Great job! Sometimes I use plastic wrap over my stripper to keep it moist while it eats thru the gunk.
