I am under a 482 visa. I have spent over 2 years in my last company. A super toxic environment where my boss was using my visa status to not respect me as a person and human(constantly insulting me and pushing for long hours, sometimes over 80h a week). After a long chase for a new employer, I was finally successful in transferring my visa. Unfortunately, my time has restarted and I have to start my 3 years race for PR all over again, under the same visa and sponsor position. Very disappointed with the current rule where we must be bonded with the same employer for 3 years. I hope the new government are able to change it for 3 years overall in the same role and visa.

I am under a 482 visa.
I have spent over 2 years in my last company.
A super toxic environment where my boss was using my visa status to not respect me as a person and human(constantly insulting me and pushing for long hours, sometimes over 80h a week). After a long chase for a new employer, I was finally successful in transferring my visa. Unfortunately, my time has restarted and I have to start my 3 years race for PR all over again, under the same visa and sponsor position.
Very disappointed with the current rule where we must be bonded with the same employer for 3 years. I hope the new government are able to change it for 3 years overall in the same role and visa.

Student visa subclass 500 how many days processing now
Hi Harjinder, There is no exact timeframe at the moment for Student Visa processing time.
On DHA website, it says 75% will get it granted in 48 days and 90% in 85 days

Yes, your experience seems to meet SA Migration for offshore. You may need to get an English Proficient Plus and the nomination is 491 visa only.
However, SA is close for this program year and you may need to wait until 1st of July for new policy to come out.

However, the processing time has not yet been updated. There are a lot of work for them to reform the migration settings.
