Do you know why you keep having blockages? Yes, theres a problem in some sections, but other reasons you unblock the main blockage, but you dont check and jet all the branches....
The man is there to clear a blockage, he’s cleared the blockage. If he had any inclination that there were an secondary blockages in laterals believe me he would’ve jetted them clear. Furthermore that’s the boring part that would be done off camera.
