There is nothing but energy in the universe so God is energy. Everything is one thing that is energy. Basically consciousness and mind are different forms of energy. We can live only in present it is mind that lives in future and in past not we. So the world of mind is an illusion but the world of consciousness is real. Mind only has experiences consciousness hasn't any experience except happiness. All our experiences are our karmafala. Consciousness don't do any karma it is mind and body that do all karma in life and in the world. But consciousness is only a traffic of mind (thoughts) if the mind obey all the traffic rules the journey will be always a happiness only
