Its a chinesen made design copy of trinix folding bike.You are folding the bike in a wrong way and you just spoiled the crank by rubbing it on the ground. First you should open the stand and press it towards the centre and keep the bike on the stand. Afterwards fold the bike the actual way of doing it.
