A couple years ago, I bought a Blueprint 350 "Base" motor, which they don't offer anymore. They claimed at least 373hp, It was a long block, with Vortec heads, and my dyno sheet showed just over 400hp and 400tq. Back then it was very reasonably priced, and still runs great. It's in a summer fun car and doesn't have a ton of miles, but it was and is, an amazing value for the motor.
Great little engine. I have used this same engine and it makes great power. A lot of people will say that the HEI is no good but it is one of the best ignitions out there. That little Holley vac. sec. is also a perfect carb and will have very good throttle response.
You know what? I’m a regular viewer of your UA-cam channel. I have seen all your videos, and your content qualities are very good. I learned lots of things from you. Your channel has great quality content, but still, it's not delivering to the right audience due to SEO problems. You should focus on your SEO to get a large fanbase. Thank You.
By any chance did you get a video of this engine running. I have the same one that I'm installing in my 94 k1500 but haven't got to start it yet. Just curious how it sounds and revs up.
Hey man, thanks for the video and info! The only question I have to this is, is your engine roller cam and already broken in so you can just pour oil in? The other Blueprint engines I've looked at are roller, just want to confirm yours in the vid is too. I've dealt with the flat tappet cam nightmare in my '86 GMC truck and want to upgrade to roller cam with a 5 speed eventually
Yep this engine is roller and pre broken in on a dyno according to the description on the Summit website. Just pour oil in and go. Thanks for watching!
I have their 383 in my 62 C10 Project truck and it is awesome! Now I have traction issues.
Can't wait to order mine for my old buick.

Wears rubber gloves, shorts and sneakers. Safety in reverse. Especially to open a new item that most likely has no hazards.
I'm definitely more inclined to get a splinter here than anything else. But thanks for watching!
Didn't you used to unbox tech like 10 years ago?
Hmmmmm could be! Thanks for watching!
I've got this much horsepower in a factory 327
is it fully built with forged internals and cammed from factory?
No you don't.
Still milking the Gen 1 Chevy V8.
Always and forever. Thanks for watching!
