I thoroughly enjoyed listening to this episode and found it very helpful as i am in the process of having to choose a mentor from amongst 3 of the best coaches i was given to help guide with my ILM 7 coaching tasks. Its tough choosing one out of 3, but i do hope after our chemistry session I'll be in a better position to pick the best coach who'll be more suited to taking our relationship where I'll like it to be.
