At 1:18:00 the cow had protection from instants and sorceries, including their own. They couldn’t target the cow, the one downside of the sword!

I'm only on the first game but man, what a great deck! It's supposedly base UG but acts more like GB animator deck. You know you're in good shape when you have a Ruttleworm in your hand for several turns and don't even find the time to play it.
Thing to note, fetching Arid Archway with Dance won't actually result in making a smaller token. The token's size is set upon resolution, not changing as the number of lands you control change, and the Archway's ability to bounce a land won't happen until after Dance has completely finished resolving and made you a token.
at 7:50 i’m surprised you didn’t even mention marauding sphinx- It’s a crazy good creature imo

Dance of the tumbleweeds is so much better than i think even you gave it credit for. Its often just the biggest creature in the set

You can swing out (they must take 2) and then tumbleweed into arid archway, replaying a desert for the last 1 damage.
Yeah, that was a great run that proved the worm is a cheap effective creature.
That loss that we saw is why I tend to overvalue flyers in any given draft. And with holy cows being so good, you gotta expect every white deck to have at least 2! Also, holy cow with Bruce Tarl is pretty spicy! We need more oxen support!
I feel like this deck could’ve been mono green 😭 Seeing him pick blue cards that were not better than the green cards in the pack hurt. Judging by the run time tho it did quite well, so love to see that
i’d say slickshot lockpicker is good enough to at least splash into blue
@@Jack-uh2dbidk I feel like beastbonder outcast is about as good as outcast stitcher and green is better than blue for the first pick. I feel like burrowfiend is about as good as the lockpicker and idk why you would stray from your base color to take something that’s not significantly better than everything in green
Not trying to say the blue cards he took were bad, it just usually felt like there was an equally good green card
@@jackvogel701oh i definitely would take beastbonder over slickshot p1p1, but later into the draft i feel like blue was open enough in terms of uncommons to be worth it
No problem you didn’t record. What you could do, is to post the 17 lands data for those games, if your signed up.

Thank you! I thought I was going crazy.
The token gets made as part of tumbleweed's resolution - before you bounce a land. And its P/T is not dynamic, so it doesn't go down after the land gets bounced.
