Meralco deposit - 20K
Joining fees - 20K
Water deposit - 2.5K
Assoc dues (81 pesos per sqm) - payable either 1 year adv to get 1 month discount or monthly.

Hi Ma'am, turn over is usually within 1 month from the full settlement of the balance. Depending on when you purchased, your full balance will be due either Aug or Sept 2024.
Once fully paid, the turn over team will send you an email re the turn over process and fees.

meron ako to be turn over po kasi sa rahu same n same ng nasa likod ng elevator.. pero naklalagay sa contract ko 52.5sqm idk kung ano ba talaga sukat.
. tapos may bed ako na sknusukat na ready ilipat once it's done.. and parang almost sakop lahat ung 9.1 sqm hehe .. pero dko pa accurately nasukat
