hey buddy, great work but you if you breakaway into side-style tricks , it usually makes things go a whole lot smoother. Is it the throw itself or bind which troubles you?

I was never taught how to do the breakaway properly, so it is the throw that troubles me. I was only taught how to throw the way I demonstrated in the video, so it’s the throw that messes me up.
