I like the slouchiness and Togo is one of the most hard wearing and resistant to scratch leathers even though most people think it’s Epsom, which is definitely not the case from experience. I know how exciting it feels to receive your first Quota bag! I’m truly happy for you. I have been a long time Hermès client, so not to brag, but I have quite a few quota bags in my collection. I do love the Birkin much much more than the Kelley, and I also have experience with almost all their types of leathers hermès offers. The Hermès brand is almost like an addiction lol. Enjoy the bag use it love, it just enjoy the bag. I know it’s a Birkin but do not baby it so much. I don’t know if you have felt an Epsom Birkin before but I have to tell you, Epsom is beautiful It takes good color saturation however, after feeling a Togo bag, if you touch Epsom you might feel that it’s a bit plasticky feeling, it doesn’t feel like luxurious leather, even though that is definitely not the case. It holds shape very well and a bit lighter than Togo. I love all my bags. I do have 4 Epsom Birkin bags, 2 are in the new Sellier style which I definitely love more than the Retourne Epsom Birkin. I do have another advice to give you. You should definitely invest in a 7RP bag insert for the birkin. It’s a bit pricey but it’s the best insert you could ever get for a Birkin or Kelly. It also holds the shape of Togo better and it also protects the interior of your bag. I’ve tried a lot of inserts and they’re not good enough, they will leave indents on the leather overtime. So if you want to protect the interior and the shape of your bag, definitely look into their website (7 rue paradise.) By the way, I am not sponsored or affiliated with them however, from using their bag inserts, I can tell you they’re the best on the market. ❤️
