Hi Zafar, Love all of you videos. Can you help? Trying to add editable fields as explained and all good. The problem is when i come to save data back to table. I have followed your instructions of creating G_GRID_I but when i use FM GET_GLOBALS_FROM_SLVC_FULLSCR it comes back initial??? To create the table originally i am using a container object (cl_gui_custom_container), alv grid (cl_gui_alv_grid) and the alv method (set_table_for_first_display) and then refresh_table_display if it need refreshing Daren
Hi Zafar, Excellent explanation. In relation to hiding a cell based on condition how to do it in REUSE_ALV_GRID_DISPLAY. I cannot assign the cellstyle in field catalogue Can you please suggest

Hi I am inserting new row in alv I want that after insertions of new row only my,' id' field is should be editable .the field or data with the field should not be editable. How to do it. Please help
Create custom pf status, add one separate button for select all, implement user command, when click on custom select all button, make a loop at output table and set value to 'X', modify internal table and refresh the ALV report.
