I don't think there is necessarily a goal to emulate or catchup with MSTR. I don't think that would be any corp's goal. Their more rational goal would be to include BTC as part of their cash reserve to offset the devaluation of the dollar. MSTR would over time only prove the need to include BTC as a reserve in corporate assets but to no emulate or "beat" MSTR. That should not be any other corps goal.
Why would a company try or need to "catch them" and their software business loses money. And everyone keeps saying leverage. You guys dont understand leverage. If the company uses leverage but the price exceeds the book value, the investor loses. Dang kids these days
Their ATMs and convertible bonds increase BTC per share, they had more than 40% yield in BTC this year. I could give you pages more of analysis, but just leaving the note here that there is a great deal more to be studied about MSTR, you won't be able to bat it away in minutes, it's not a BTC ETF, it's much more.
Admittedly, this video doesn't lay out the bull case very precisely imo, but the financial engineering with ATMs, convertible bonds and possibly other products in future is the key.
