It took me a while to get into The Flatliners, i lived in Detroit for a year and the best friends i made there got me into them and it was this song that made me fall in love with this band. This song became the ultimate anthem of our friendship. I dont think any other song holds as much meaning or nostalgia for me so thank you Flatliners for writing it. Its part of my fibre and being now
Chris Cresswell is a legend. They're are some of the coolest guys you've ever met. 2011 at the Smiling Moose in the South Side of Pittsburgh. A night I'll never forget. Still the best show I've ever been to and I've been to hundreds of concerts and shows.
discovered this song at 12 and had no idea what it was even about but i like it because it was fast. now rediscovering it as a 22 year old alchoholic and with the relatability and nostalgia it now means more to me than it ever did
First saw these guys in 2014 when I had just been left behind by the first person I ever fell in love with. I resonated with these lyrics so hard they've become my all-time favorite band and when I went to see them the other bands playing at the festival introduced me to a whole new world of music I'd been missing out on. I've never been more alive than being at these concerts and festivals. Also, WOW they look so young here.
my fav band of the last five years, im seeing them live again for the 4th time next week :) with a acoustic set/afterparty afterwards:):), these guys effin kill it!!!
Idk why I'm going to comment this but oh well. I discovered this song after i had relapsed after 7 years of sobriety, was going through the worst break up ive ever been through and just really fucking up my life. It was literally insane how much these lyrics literally just spoke about my life at the time. Id always listen to it while riding my motorcycle in the middle of the night. I was using meth and heroin at the time and just..........was ready to die. Luckily i made it out alive. I lost everything but im alive and eventually got most of it back . Now that binge was absolutely monumental.
These guys kicked SO much ass in Brooklyn! I didn't actually watch them on the boat, but I heard the whole set from the deck and it sounded equally as rad!
I'm stuck in this song.... Despite the lyrics doesn't match in my actual situation, why I just feel I am in the same wave? I loved so much, it conveys something...
Come on guys, gaslight, lol. these guys make Husker Du, The Replacements, Sex Pistols, Wilco, Uncle Tupelo, the Dickies, the Descendents, ALL, the Goops, X and the Pixies, oops Generation X and the Pears, very proud to be parents...
@ADevilsHollywood Incredible is not the word for it. A-F, and the Souls are nearly impossible to outshine and Flatliners came damn close. The energy level there was insane, far beyond what I expected
I hate when people try to compare bands saying one is better than another. You have preferences so you like one more. Doesn't make one generally 'better' since trying to judge it in that way isn't really the point. Just enjoy the music you like.
This was pretty cool. I don't know if she's supposed to be mad or what, but it was alot of fun to watch! I'd like to see them make a video for either Christ Punchers or Shithawks. That'd be awesome.
10 years is very impressive for a band, most dont last the initial 5, it works like this 1-3 years: new commers 5: years up and commers 10: establish act 15-20: veterans 30: legends They arent veterans yet but they are getting there.
Well despite widespread belief of beiber being untalented, he has enough fans and record sales to prove otherwise. I personally don't listen to his music but hey he is a fellow Canadian so why the fuck not be proud of that?

It's currently a hot summers evening in the uk, sitting outside with nothing but a few beers, my dog and this song. Perfect.
discovered this song at 12 and had no idea what it was even about but i like it because it was fast. now rediscovering it as a 22 year old alchoholic and with the relatability and nostalgia it now means more to me than it ever did
Hope you're doing ok, bro. ❤
I've seen them a few times. Awesome band. A few friends and I hung out with them before a show in Pittsburgh. They're really cool guys.

This video has it all: a lovely redhead, beers anywhere and good music. =)
I don't think I could ever like this band too much.
These guys kicked SO much ass in Brooklyn! I didn't actually watch them on the boat, but I heard the whole set from the deck and it sounded equally as rad!
Hell yeah its like a folky billy talent
These guys are so tight live, just saw them last night.
I absolutely love this band!
My god this song is amazing......another great band from Canada.
I'm stuck in this song.... Despite the lyrics doesn't match in my actual situation, why I just feel I am in the same wave? I loved so much, it conveys something...
Feeling quite a lot of Gaslight Anthem in here (as well as punk stuff, obviously), sounds brilliant
now that you mentioned it, I can hear the gaslight anthem touch:) it's great
Come on guys, gaslight, lol. these guys make Husker Du, The Replacements, Sex Pistols, Wilco, Uncle Tupelo, the Dickies, the Descendents, ALL, the Goops, X and the Pixies, oops Generation X and the Pears, very proud to be parents...
Flatliners are much better than Gaslight Anthem.
It's the hat
Flatliners came first
best new band in a long time
WOW! i just read the lyrics to this song. SO sobering (no pun intended). if you havn't read them, DO IT!
@ADevilsHollywood Incredible is not the word for it. A-F, and the Souls are nearly impossible to outshine and Flatliners came damn close. The energy level there was insane, far beyond what I expected
awesome song

1 person has never been on a monumental binge
Yeah awesome! 🤘🏼

Press 1 repeatedly. Youre welcome.
FortySe7enFPS try pressing 4 repeatedly

+FortySe7enFPS I still think pressing 5 repeatedly is the best lol

that redhead is fire
Saw them play at NXNE this year with Bouncing Souls and Anti-Flag. The Flatliners almost stole the show
Damn, great tune, cool video too, I like purple.
Great way to finish your statement. Thumbs up for you, sir!
so good
Still one of my favorite songs from one of my all time favorite bands but... Did Chris really think that hat was a good idea?
Proud To be Canadian!
This music is Monumental!!!
How do I press "like" again?
Esta cancion me recuerda a Soulmate de No Use... muy buen video, una de las mejores bandas del mundo!
Do you think it's like the video soulmate by no use?
Elias Kasper No no, I think it seems.
Saw these dudes in Austin few yrs ago play in a fun fest after party in Beerland (?) Ruled it..thanks bye
:D What a Great band, I think I've seen this video before but now I realize How Great this Really is
In that case, check out Infernocanuck's LP channel...esp the channel intro. :P

CMJ Showcase year #2 Friday!
Who is this girl!? I need to know... for...um... for reasons!
i want his living with lions shirt.
Muy cierto !
flatliners are so damn good band simply as that
@DaYBeaTPHoToGRaPHy Was this a purposeful Guttermouth reference? I hope so.
Oookay, wrong band. I was looking for the Flatlinerz... One of the earliest bands of the Horrorcore genre.
Why?
Rj Ausman Why was I looking for the other band? Simply because I am a fan of the other band. Why else do people look up music videos to bands?
Kain Christ The street punk band? That wrote the album "safe side suicide"?
Adam stevens No, The Flatlinerz is an old Horrorcore band from the 90's.
You're in luck, because the Flatliners are awesome.
@12ccrane heroic!
top tune

This band is another reason I am proud to be Canadian.
He is an amazing lets player......

Fucking amazing Canadian band.
Pup is the best Canadian band out but these guys are pretty good too
A shame that more of their songs aren't as good as this.
yo dude smoke a joint
I keep wondering how Chris didn't get glass in his mouth when they shot this...
Nope... you found a band people actually listen to.
That's how you know they aren't actually good
Reminds me of the gaslight anthem
Is this song about drunk driving or what?
A dude I met on tinder was the one that showed me this band..
It's the only good thing that came out of that experience 😅
the funny thing is im smoking a oil chronic joint right now and my comment is seeming pretty unnecessary
Catching my breath now seems as useless as airplane conversations.
You'll never get your room clean that way!
@12ccrane HAHAAH yes! your awesome
WTF!!! She drank the last of the Orange Juice!
mmm chris cresswell
I have a huge mancrush on Chris Cresswell.

Damn redheads are always crazy
Well despite widespread belief of beiber being untalented, he has enough fans and record sales to prove otherwise. I personally don't listen to his music but hey he is a fellow Canadian so why the fuck not be proud of that?

SI, EL LO ES....SE LLAMA PEDRO PEREZ.
ES BROMA, EL SE LLAMA PAUL RAMIREZ, QUE SERIA LO MISMO QUE PABLO RAMIREZ.
And 5
@12ccrane Taste is subjective.
Pretty sure it was Chris's girlfriend at one time...
@droote The good kind. Its called punk rock.
green screen, film layering , after effects... take your pick
yes new, theyre a veteran band realtive to what? 10 yrs is not a long time for a band that started in high school, anyway
