I am such a fan of all of your interviews Suzanne. I was really finding this teaching informative, however, as someone who has lost my son and was forced into grief, I parted with finding this useful as I listen to her describe the "deliciousness of grief" and how she would sadden when it would come because she knew it would be longer still until she felt it again seemed like she was very aloof of what grief truly is. I felt jarring to hear it referred to as such a lovely, fun thing. It is life crushing to many of us and we are literally trying to claw our way back for years.
43:30 to 47:35 Another great segment. Recognizing we can speak to our cells and receive information from Consciousness when we feel emotionally stuck. Love the part where we can pull energy away from the emotional or physical pain in order to allow more to come through from Higher Consciousness. Great way to retrain our response to life experiences. Reminds me of Joe Dispenza’s work.
Yes. Thank you Jill. One of the most striking things that I "felt" during my NDE, was the absolute RICHNESS of ALL LIFE. When we sit in judgement of experience, it colors it and doesn't allow for the richness of experience to be known.
Suzanne, at 25:44 in the clip I am soooooo loving your childlike wonder and awe with the mutual "aha" moments with Jill, love you clapping your hands! I am so caught up in both of you wonderful beings as you discuss this content. My heart is beating faster and I feel like I am in another land with just your two minds and I get everything you and Jill are talking about and it is just fascinating and hard to come up with words to express how joyful this is to watch. And I'm only 25 minutes in!!!! THANK YOU for EVERYTHING YOU DO and I am so grateful you have brought in Jill as I have been a fan of hers for a few years now but always have wondered if she could incorporate the "spiritual" side of the brain and it seems as you are getting it to that point in a really nice way. Cuz as I see it, "God" doesn't even HAVE a BRAIN. LOL
Mind blown and heart expanded! Thank you to these two incredible ladies who I could listen to for hours and hours. With much love and gratitude from my four characters to yours.
I talk to the squirrels and rabbits in my yard!! They always listen. Great interview. Jill's book about her stroke just stunned me and I shared with everyone!
Love the explanation of C4. I've been in that space in nature where animals show up in nature (deer, hawks, chipmunks turkeys) and they basically ignore me once I acknowledge their autonomy and respect their space. I walk past deer laying down and around Robin's chasing worms. I love that they barely notice me tells me my frequency of love conveys their safety in my presence. Brava, you two! Jill's book was the first kindle book I purchased and regard it as one of the most important books I've ever read (I'm medical/ left brain dominant 😬)
Just bought the master and his emissary. Because of this talk. I always wondered why my logical brain in my heart were conflicted. Now I realize it's the two hemispheres of my brain fighting each other. Very interesting. Thanks for the knowledge.
So informative! Thank you both. I'm listening to the book on audio. I'm learning so much about myself. It's also really helpful to better understand people in general.💓🙏
I’m familiar with this remarkable woman. This interview was probably one of the best I’ve ever had the privilege to listen to. Two extremely remarkable women and their gifts to humanity; teaching and sharing with the world to bring us all to a better place in our journeys here. 🩷
I hope perhaps Sanaya can address this question in a later podcast: If a person with multiple personality disorder has one personality who commits a heinous crime, will the person ( not the personality) incur negative karma even though they're unaware of the act? I've read that separate personalities even have diseases that the person actually doesn't have yet that one personality does. Thanks ❤
My dear brother was diagnosed as Schizophrenia : he was only 15yrs Our father had been lost at sea in a small boat in a terrible storm in 1 962 I was then 19yrs old, the crew of 12 went down with the ship at Lizard point Cornwall My brother signed up for sea school , he had a nervous breakdown and Was incarcerated in a Mental Institution , received shock treatments And became silent in his last years , he was 33yrs when he died. I could never speak of his illness , somehow my dearest Mother give up To Faith, my brother died on the Holy Wednesday of the Christian Faith The sun began to shine for the next two weeks , and in April in Ireland That was considered a miracle. My poor Mother wept with these words *At Least he has gone before me and his suffering is ended. I could write a book , my dear Brother was Kind , hard working in his Short life , his one wish was that one day he would buy our Mother a Fur Coat We were a poor family in terms of wealth , yet Rich beyond Measure in Faith. 28:00 to 34:00 Wow… just wow. Rediscovering emotions and then realizing that life is blissful euphoria yet somewhat bland without the full spectrum of human emotions (especially the ones we label negative). But use negative emotions as information to learn and grow from - don’t get addicted to them because we’re wanting to be “right.” Don’t make it a lifestyle.
I would LOVE to greatly diminish Characters 1 and 2. I need more C4 in my life. And more C3. Is that described in the book? How to kill off C1 and 2? 😏
This got tricky for me to absorb with four characters to hold in my working memory while listening to the interview. Writing them down in a graphic visual helped, but it’s still a lot of switching-between-concepts-while-listening for my ADHD neurodiverse brain. Just sayin’. I welcome any suggestions for simplification. 🙂
Awesome! What a combo: Suzanne and Jill. A high-rising hot air balloon! Thank you to both.

Thank you. I needed to hear this.
yes, the awakened way of living activates the 4th part of the brain.

Focus on your left side of your body...it activates the right side of the brain
Hello 👋🏽 I’m from Los Angeles 😊
