Hiking the Sugar Loaf | Snow in the Wicklow Mountains.
Happy New Year everyone! Snow fell in Ireland this week, and though it didn't stick on the lowlands, it did in the Wicklow Mountains. Although we are back in lockdown, we are lucky to have the Sugar Loaf Mountain in our 5km radius. We decided to take a hike up the Sugar Loaf to see if we could find any snow, and we were not disappointed.
Check out our hike, and the views of the Wicklow Mountains from the top. It did not disappoint. Would highly recommend a trip up the Sugar Loaf if you are ever near by.

I haven't seen the wicklow mountains since I was small. Looks gorgeous in the snow 😍❄️
after watching yous to go the steep route, I'd go to the left 😍

Masks are pretty brilliant for the winter, might be a permanent change! Do you guys get a lot of snow usually?

Nooo we rarely get any! Flurries like that most winter, but its usually gone in a day. The last time we had lots of bad snow was Feb/March 2018. It was nicknamed 'The Beast from the East' 🤣. The whole country shut down for days lol!
